Thefastest way to achieve your personal goals Getting closer is the private training. An individual training plan and personal support guarantee rapid progress, regardless of whether you are a man or woman, a beginner, an advanced athlete or a competitor.

 

First and foremost, of course, it's about realistic self-defense. I attach great importance to coordination, balance, body awareness and strength and endurance.

Elements from a wide variety of martial arts such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kung Fu, Jeetkunedo, Wing Chun and Thai boxing are components that we can deepen in private training. I also think breathing and stretching exercises from yoga and Qi Gong are important.

Your training time is used to the maximum and you are completely flexible in terms of time, as private lessons can take place at any time.
